The Hutchinson Touareg Race is the racing evolution of the iconic Touareg gravel tyre, made in France and specifically developed to meet the demands of elite gravel racing.
It combines the proven and versatile Touareg tread pattern with world-class technologies derived from the Caracal Race, creating a tyre focused on precise handling, maximum efficiency and reliable grip.
The Touareg Race is 35% more efficient than the previous Hardskin version. Its Mach Tread 3.0 compound provides 25% greater rebound to minimize energy loss, while increasing tear resistance by 10% for demanding race conditions.
The tyre is built around Hutchinson's ultra-flexible SwiftEasy casing, which minimizes rolling resistance while maintaining a competitive weight. The 700 × 40C version weighs just 470 g ±7%.

The Hutchinson Touareg Race 700 × 40C is designed for competitive gravel riding where low rolling resistance, precise handling and dependable grip are essential.
As part of Hutchinson's Ultimate Combo, the Touareg Race is intended for front-wheel use together with a Caracal Race on the rear. According to Hutchinson, this combination provides the front-end grip and control required for around 90% of modern gravel racing conditions.
