28mm internal rim width: optimized through field and lab tests to balance lightness and handling, improve tire fit, stability, and traction.
22–24mm variable rim height: provides increased flexibility, shock absorption, comfort, control, and strength.
Innovative rim design
Advanced rim structure with a turret at spoke insertion points for stronger nipple anchoring and reduced weight between spokes. Similar to interspoke milling used in road wheels — improving rigidity and control while staying lightweight.
PRS Hub Technology
New 72-tooth PRS ratchet hub for immediate engagement and optimal power transfer. Resistant to mud, sand, and water — engineered for harsh off-road conditions.
Testing
Torsional test: ensures the wheel maintains shape under rotational stress.
ISO test: simulates impacts with a 90 kg drop weight.
Fatigue test: long-term stress testing, upright and angled.
Impact test: exceeds 90 Joules (industry standard is 40 Joules).
Spoke test: 150 kg force on spokes and rim holes.
Mud test: cycles of water and mud to ensure hub reliability in extreme conditions.
