The Vision Metron TFE EVO Extensions are a premium upgrade for your Metron TFA Aerobar System, Trimax Carbon SI-013 Aerobar System, or Trimax Carbon Clip-On System. Developed through extensive wind tunnel testing and in collaboration with World Tour athletes, these extensions strike the perfect balance between aerodynamic performance, comfort, and control. Ergonomic pads and optimized grip angles improve rider comfort, while the 20° armrest inclination combined with a 55° angled grip section creates a compact and natural position that enhances both speed and stability.

Choosing the correct extension length is essential to unlocking the full performance potential of a TT/Triathlon cockpit setup. To make this process easier, we’ve developed a new sizing chart designed to help riders identify their ideal TFE EVO extension length with greater accuracy and confidence.
The chart is based on a simple but effective measurement: while holding an extension or tube at a 45° angle with one hand, measure from the tip of the elbow to the point where the top of the hand grips the extension. This forearm length provides a reliable starting point for determining the recommended extension size.
If the measurement falls at the lower end of a size range — or if the rider has larger forearms — we recommend sizing down for the best fit. It should also be considered that factors such as arm shape, wrist flexibility, and individual stack, reach, angle, and width settings can all influence the optimal extension choice.
